My local bike shop, Gray Goat North in Indianapolis, has not been able to resolve an issue with the FD not being recognized by the app which prevents it from performing sequential shifting. My shop has been trying to get resolution from SRAM for 2 months. I bought a $7k Tarmac last year that has never functioned correctly in enhanced mode. I hope someone can reach out to Cody at Gray Goat North.1 vote

On android devices the update from 2.4.2 to 2.4.3 seems to be probelmatic. I can connect and choose "install" but when pressing the AXS button on the component nothing happens.4 votes
This issue is resolved in the latest update to the AXS Mobile app (1.6.9) on both iOS and Android. Please reach out to us if you continue to encounter this issue.
I want to easily put on or take off clip-on aero bars with clics at the end (some events allow them and some don't) so I can't run wires under the bar tape. I need to use the blip box. but the app won't allow clics or blips connected to the blip box to be active at the same time the shifters are active.11 votes
This is now possible with the newest versions of firmware for all possible controllers. Ensure the components are up to date and all paired correctly into the AXS system.
Be advised that the default controller actions for the blip box in this scenario will be set to nothing, the user will have to enter the Configure Controls settings in the AXS Mobile app to set the desired reactions.
Why when you are signed into the app and you have notifications why does it re-direct outside the app for you to resign in to actually see the notifications?24 votes
We have updated our notifications process so that the user does not have to login twice after selecting a notification from the AXS Mobile app.

After configuring the controls for my AXS components, I get a 'saving' message that appears/disappears, but then it is not clear if these changes have been applied to my components. Do I need to back out of the page in a certain way? What happens if I hard close the app? What happens if I just hit the power button on my phone? Does it cause additional battery drain because I did not disconnect? I feel like I am left wondering...9 votes
Setting are applied when the change is made in the AXS Mobile app.
Tire pressure guide can now be found here:
My stored offset is -77 and when I set zero it returns -80. When I go back a screen and then back into my power meter the stored offset is displayed as -77 and not -80. If I force close the app and open it then pair to the power meter again the stored offset shows as -80.1 vote
This issue is resolved in AXS Mobile app version 1.6.7 and higher.
It would be nice, to have the first eTap also in the App3 votes
Unfortunately this is not possible as the eTap does not have a Bluetooth radio, which makes it incompatible with the AXS App.
However, eTap is compatible with AXS Web. Just pair your original eTap to a Garmin head unit and upload the files.
