Merge AXS mobile and AXS web
AXS Mobile works okay - AXS Web does not. Why is the Mobile App redirecting to a wrapped web page of AXS Web for basic functions like viewing your ride data?
Having two separate platforms for one system is a mess. Merge the two into a proper Mobile App.57 votes -
Trigger Pageflip Bike Computer
Develop an Option to flip the page on a paired Bike Coumputer like Garmin Edge 830 via pressing maybe the Shifters together would be an ultimate feature! PLEASE :-)

Avoid shifting when waking front derailleur
When waking components, everytime I wake the front derailleur, by pushing the button, the derailleur shifts automatically without needing it to do so, and forcing the chain a bit in the process. Would be good if derailleur remains in position while waking it.

Adding parts or AXS groups to a bike is confusing.
When I am in a bike profile at the very bottom is an option to add parts or AXS groups to my bike. I click search for parts, I go to a new screen with the component and a 'connect' button. It's not clear to me how to add this to my bike? Shouldn't my options just be 'add component'?

Add a 'reset to default' button in the AXS app.
It would be great if there was a 'reset to default' button in the app so that a user could reset all the shifting configurations to default.

Battery identification and condition
As many of AXS users, we have several batteries, for each AXS component plus spares.
It would be nice to have an electronic method to identify which battery out of our inventory we are using on each components, since we constantly mix older batteries with newly purchased ones. Just to identify which batteries might be aging or underperform and it's time to decommission.Also, the system should run periodically some kind of a health check on each battery and assign it a status, to help understand its condition and how well it can hold charge over time.

Make the devices stay awake longer so I can connect to them!
I feel like the devices to go sleep very quickly after they show as awake in my bike profile. By the time I get around to connecting <30 seconds the device has gone to sleep already!

Add Wahoo Element Bolt compatibility
It would be great to make Sram Red eTap compatible with the Wahoo Element Bolt, so I can use it with the Sram AXS web application. Since the original eTap (11spd) does not have a Bluetooth radio, the only way to allow it to function with AXS web would be to add Wahoo functionality similar to your Garmin integration.

Theft deterrent gear lock
I currently ride a 2022 Specialized Aethos equipped with a SRAM Rival gear set. I’m proposing an update to create a software feature that allows you to lock the drivetrain in whatever your current gear is.
At times I’ll stop on a ride to use a restroom or drop into a store. And rather than carry a lock I generally put the bike in the highest gear so that if anyone tried to ride away, they would have a difficult time gaining speed. It would be great if the shifter programming allowed me to lock it into whichever gear I’m…30 votes -
Stop requiring internet connectivity
The app will not function unless connected to the internet (quark tirewiz). Kills the usefulness when in many trails where there is no cell coverage. Stop requiring internet connection.

Hello Sram, I have a fantastic idea! Make it possible to adjust each cog in axs system! Sounds smart, right?
Lots of axs users are battling with this problem.. you know it... this problem's been existing from the very beginnings of launching axs. We need the option in the app to microadjust separately each cog for finetuning... No need to talk more, you know this stuff... Just solve this problem, do not respond with foolish justification... We've read them... ridiculous, very impolite and disrespectful... Just do it, thank you.

Use blips to change pages on bike computer
I wish I would be able to use blips to change pages on my bike computer.
I dont know if the shifter itself is able to understand the difference between the shift paddle and the blip, but if so, it should be possible to give it a specific function.28 votes -
Battery usability
I dont really care about battery %. I want to know much time I have left given a historical shift profile. Send me a notification to charge my battery if any of my next 3 rides will end up in a dead battery.
I shouldnt ever need to check the app to understand battery life--this is something SRAM should manage for me in a push notification ON MY PHONE (not garmin/wahoo, etc).

Scroll through Wahoo Elmnt Pages with Blips/Clics
Maybe its possible to implement a way to flip through the pages of the bike computer by using die clics or blips.
As its possible to configure both ports per side it would be nice to configure it to use a pair of clics or even only one clic to scroll through the pages of e.g. a wahoo elmnt bolt thats paired to the axs system.

Allow updates to AXS components from a Windows PC via WiFi &/or Bluetooth.
I find updating components a bit flaky when using Android, might just be my Samsung tablet though? But an alternative method would be good too.

An easy integration of the SRAM AXS in the Garmin platform would be nice. Specially in the statistics, so you can see shifting characteristic per track and per performance. Maybe also integrate micro adjustments from the Garmin dashboard so an adaptation can be made while riding ...

Sync the cassette / chainring settings from the app.
I've setup the cassette / chainring settings in the app. Since you sync the picture of my bike it'll be no harder to sync those settings too.

Rollback option for broken firmware (like the latest one)
The application should allow you to rollback the firmware to a previous version.
I just installed a version that was confirmed to have an issue with components waking up, and I cannot rollback to a previous version.

Add Wahoo Remote Control Functionality
For 1x setups and/or connected Blips, add the possibility to remote control a Wahoo (or other brand) device from the eTap levers or Blips. E.g., it should be possible to switch screens on the device by simultaneously pressing both paddles.
