This feedback platform is obviously abandoned. None of these ideas ever got implemented. There is no reaction from SRAM anymore.
SRAM AXS web still doesn't work properly: components are shown inconsistent across devices or sometimes don't show up at all. Firmware versions of the components aren't displayed anymore, and notifications for new firmware versions don't work.
And above all this: why the hell is there an SRAM AXS app and a separate SRAM AXS web platform? Why isn't both merged into a properly working app?

Batteriestatus für Force - Controller korrekt anzeigen (nur im Online - Modus)
App 2.0.3, SW-Stand Force Controller 2.29.4. Browser via Handy = Iphone IOS 15.1.
In der Online - Abfrage erscheint das Batterie - Warnsignal, im Offline Modus = Battery - Status = grün, Voltage 2,88V. Dies ist erst ab Version 2.29.4.4 votesThis issue is resolved with the release of AXS Mobile 2.0.11 on iOS.

Tirewiz stabil integrieren
Bei der Weiterentwicklung sollten alle verfügbare SRAM Komponenten eingebunden und auch getestet sein in der Version stürzt die App beim Aufruf von tirewiz Komponenten einfach ab

Multiple shifting options
I want to be able to use a flat bar and a drop bar shifter to control a rear derailleur on my gravel bike. This way I can easily remove It.
1 voteWith the release of new firmware versions for our AXS components it is now possible to assign any controller action to whatever controllers are paired with your AXS groupset.
To enable this feature your components must have these specific firmware versions:
XX1 & GX RD’s – 2.19.5 or greater
Reverb – 2.19.5 or greater
Red, Force and Rival RD – 2.32.0 or greater
Red, Force and Rival FD – 2.32.0 or greater -
App pairing
Current version will not allow me to pair my AXS components to the app so I can’t make any adjustments. I get unending loading circles when trying to add systems/components in the app. And yes, the Bluetooth on my phone is on. And yes, I shook the bicycle and pressed the buttons on the components.

Issue with App Version 1.11.4
While physical pairing works, current version does not allow re-configuration of reverb to any controller. Unable to swap functionality of reverb with shifting of AXS components (e.g. set up reverb controller to shift down) and set one side of the AXS controller to activate reverb.

flickering tyre wiz details in app
when I go to connect the app to the tyre wiz on the phone the icons and buttons flicker rapidly and I can not connect to the units. they work fine the first time I connect but since then I can not connect. information is reported to my Garmin head unit with no issues.

Notification for low battery
Allow the AXS equipment or app send a notification to my Garmin device or Smart Phone as an "on screen" notification when battery is low or below a designated % of charge.
This would be helpful to know during the ride or activity.164 votesTo receive alerts regarding low battery the following steps are required: Have a SRAMid – login to AXS Mobile with SRAMid – enable notifications – create a bike profile – add AXS components to bike profile – log into Log into AXS Web platform with SRAMid and connect to your 3rd party service (Garmin, Wahoo) or upload your .fit files manually.
When using AXS Mobile and a device is detected with a low battery, you will receive an alert in AXS Mobile that will direct you to the AXS Web platform in your device browser with the description of the alert.
A push notification is sent after an activity is uploaded to AXS Web and a low battery state is detected for a component.Note that you will not get an alert until you use the AXS Mobile or AXS Web platforms and the device has updated its status (either…

Firmware Release notes
Nice to have release notes for a published firmware. A summary for what has changed or being fixed. So end user could choose between go or no go

83 votesAXS component firmware release notes are now available in AXS Mobile App version 1.6.7 and higher. Firmware release notes can be viewed by connecting to the component, and navigating to the component part detail page (as seen in the attached photo).

The AXS Mobile app will currently show trim and gear position in the Micro Adjustment screen (see attached screenshot). However the user is still required to adjust trim by holding the AXS button on the controller while initiating a shift.

Show rear drailleur trim position in the app
And ideally allow to shift and trim with your cellphone while app is connected to the derailleur.
169 votesTrim position is now shown in the AXS Mobile App version 1.6.7 and higher. This can be viewed by navigating to the component part detail page and selecting Micro Adjustment (as seen in the attached photos). Please note only RED and Force parts have this functionality at this time.

Enhanced Mode shift settings now remain enabled after removing and re-installing the derailleur batteries on firmware version 2.7.3 or higher.

We have added all manuals and related SRAM video’s to each component view in AXS Web (see attached screenshot).

Firmware Update Revert
In the event of a 'hanged' firmware update, the component simply stays 'hanged' and the deraileur system is totally unusable until update can be completed. Can it revert (roll-back) to pre-update status?
7 votesIn the event of a failed or interrupted firmware update, the AXS device will enter a recovery mode where the LED will flash repeatedly. To recovery an AXS device, connect to the part in the AXS Mobile app (screenshot 1) and allow the update to start and finish (screenshots 2 and 3). If you are unable to complete this process please reach out to our Customer Service Representatives by email at apps@sram.com.
