Yep, I've just had my very first ride on my new Rival AXS equiped bike, and I totally agree with this! I found that it was dropping to the front chainring too late. Sure, I can manually double click to change it myself, but it would be great if we could make an adjustment ourselves.
I wonder how it would affect things if I set it as a different size cassette when setting up the synchro shifting in the app? I might just see what happen.....

Shouldn't be too difficult as in the upshifting mode you see different change positions if you select the different variants of the cassette 10-26, 10-28, 10-33, ...
Only downshifting is the same for all cassettes at changing to the ultimate position.

I am a happy owner of a SRAM AXS 2x drivetrain equipped bike since last week. As stated by many others, downshifting to the small chain ring happens too late. I would never ride those gear combinations that cause so much noise by x-chain when manually shifiting.

Common, SRAM, should be an easy one!

Please offer at least two options if you do not want to make it fully customizable

I have just moved to electronic AXS and tried the sequential shifting. It's great but, like many other comments here, it was immediately apparent that I needed/wanted the ability to select the sprocket at which the front derailleur operated on. I had significant strain and noise on the system, particularly with downshifting, as cross chaining occurred with the change happening on such a large sprocket. I had to resort to manually changing down on the FD earlier in the sequence.

I believe that this software is called E-Tube in the Di2 world. Very nice feature that SRAM must match.

Allow customized sequential shifting. This would allow me to choose which rear gear(s) that I want the front derailleur to shift on.

Sequential shift is great, but I'd love the ability to tune where the system shifts between the large and small rings. When shifting manually, I usually shift the front ring 1 or 2 gears sooner than the AXS system does. Any chance the system could be updated to let us pick the shift points for the large ring in either direction ?

This especially affects me when climbing - I feel like the chain gets rather more crossed than I'd like while shifting into the big cogs before it drops onto the small ring, and I'd like to get a bit more use out of my small ring.

Please provide individual setting of sequentiell shifting device i.e.46-33 gear ratio should allow individual sprocket setting #24 (21) to move FD 46 to 33 chainring.
Today‘s version (28) creates lot of friction and noise by x-chain.

At the moment I am unable to change when upshifts and downshifts happen, the upshift is okay but the downshift doesn't happen until I am on the 28t cog and changing down, this is to late and I would like the option to customise.

Ich würde gerne einen Gang zum Anfahren festlegen, so dass beim Multishift downshift automatisch beim 3. Gang gestoppt wird.
Beispiel: ich fahre im 10. Gang auf eine rote Ampel zu. Durch gedrückhalten von Downshift wird bis zum 3. Gang geschaltet. Erst durch Loslassen und erneut drücken, wird weiter geschaltet.
Der Anfahrgang sollte individuell festgelegt werden können.

Fährt man im sequentiellen Schaltmodus, so schaltet der vordere Umwerfer vom großen auf das kleine Kettenblatt "erst", wenn hinten vom zweiten aus das erste Ritzel hochgeschalten wird.

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich das individuell einstellen kann!

Ein Kettenschräglauf über einen längeren Zeitraum vom zweiten Ritzel hinten auf das große Kettenblatt vorn passt mir persönlich überhaupt nicht.

Can we change the gear when sequential mode shift to small rings? Because I find that the chain is too crossed on the big rings and on the penultimate pinion

I prefer to change on 24 and not on 28

I find that even though the gears allow large chain ring and large sprocket on cassette, it's not really desirable. I'd like to be able to customise my own restriction, so for example I can't use the 2 biggest cassette sprockets when on the big ring
