Provide tech support for malfunctioning Force FD
My local bike shop, Gray Goat North in Indianapolis, has not been able to resolve an issue with the FD not being recognized by the app which prevents it from performing sequential shifting. My shop has been trying to get resolution from SRAM for 2 months. I bought a $7k Tarmac last year that has never functioned correctly in enhanced mode. I hope someone can reach out to Cody at Gray Goat North.
