Mtb shifter and blips simultaneously, so I can shift with my hands on my MTB grips (normal) or when my hands are inboard on my bar, near the stem (long roads trying to get more aero). There is an admin post from Mar 2022 that says it's possible with road shifters and blips. It doesn't work for my MTB, though:
