This feedback platform is obviously abandoned. None of these ideas ever got implemented. There is no reaction from SRAM anymore.
SRAM AXS web still doesn't work properly: components are shown inconsistent across devices or sometimes don't show up at all. Firmware versions of the components aren't displayed anymore, and notifications for new firmware versions don't work.
And above all this: why the hell is there an SRAM AXS app and a separate SRAM AXS web platform? Why isn't both merged into a properly working app?

Thanks for the honest feedback. Rest assured that we're hard at work improving SRAM AXS Mobile App and SRAM AXS Web. Look forward to many improvements in the coming year. Please keep the feedback coming, it's greatly appreciated.

Yes, with both AXS feedback areas at over 200, this appears to be the case. SRAM need to get their act together and mark each feedback with a status; e.g. "Accepted in progress"; "Not possible"; "Rejected - with reason" etc.
Hammerhead for my Karoo are much better and always answer promptly, maybe SRAM should look to them to see how support should work.
