Hello Sram, I have a fantastic idea! Make it possible to adjust each cog in axs system! Sounds smart, right?
Lots of axs users are battling with this problem.. you know it... this problem's been existing from the very beginnings of launching axs. We need the option in the app to microadjust separately each cog for finetuning... No need to talk more, you know this stuff... Just solve this problem, do not respond with foolish justification... We've read them... ridiculous, very impolite and disrespectful... Just do it, thank you.

Very important, cause the 12 speed, the narrow wide technology on cassette the 100% fit-alignment becomes more important.
With 10 or 11 speed, bigger space between cogs and no narrow-wide cassette and more wide chains you have more margins.
New setup axs aks 100% alignment. It's not so difficult to make this. Good news is for xx1 and x0 there's sometging. But for my sram red road bike and gx axs for my mtb it isn't available yet. -

I'm not normally one to surf these forums, mostly because everything works great, but I've been running a Mullet set-up on my gravel bike (4 years and @22'000 km) and despite having full SRAM for the whole system, there's always been one gear that won't settle properly, in my case the 14 or 16 on the 10-52.
I change the chain, casette, chainring and jockey wheels @1x per year and it's always the same problem after. I fully agree as it's the same spacing etc. and there should be no reason for this but it's clearly a problem!
The only thing I haven't changed is the rear mech but it's a bit hard on the wallet especially if it doesn't resolve the problem!

Sram Rival/GX Mullet
Even a new cassette and derailleur hanger didn't help.
Out of 12 gears, only 9 can be used without any problems, top or bottom.Only adjusting individual gears would help.

Yesterday I had a surf ski jump off a rack (see photo) and bumped the derailleur on a friend's bike (perhaps now ex friend...).
This bent the derailleur so much that it touched the spokes when in the bottom gear. The hanger itself did not look to be bent, and I have previously replaced bent hangers, so am aware of this as a fix.
This means the mechanism of the derailleur itself was bent. All of the electronics were fine, so the majority should not need replacing.
As the pieces appear riveted together it doesn't appear I could repair the derailleur - the only thing we can do is try and bend back into shape as best we can, and then micro adjust for the rest.We got this working for all but the top gear (12th). Without microadjustment, and without throwing away a $700 AUD component, what is the solution?
This is not an attempt to use a non-genuine component (such as another cassette). It is about making full use of SRAM technology in an imperfect world after relatively minor accidents.
We should not need to throw away expensive electronic components when an easy solution can be made with a firmware update.
