Average power and normalized power is different from activity recorded in Garmin edge 530
The average power and normalized power displayed in SRAM AXS Web is higher as compared to the same activity recorded in Garmin edge 530.
Is it due to different algorithms in calculation?
13 votesOur platform uses the standard Normalized Power formula created by Dr. Coggan, which utilizes the total time (not moving time). Details can be seen here: https://www.trainingpeaks.com/blog/normalized-power-intensity-factor-training-stress/

Re-Sync Garmin Activities and select only specific bikes activities
After the initial sync a specific activity was ignored (not sure why). It would be good to be able to force a re-sync to try and get all the activities uploaded into AXS.
In addition, it would be great to filter to only sync activities which were done on my configured bike (I only have one bike with AXS components).14 votesUnfortunately Garmin does not allow us to re-sync activities at this time.
For selecting specific bike activities the Filter Activities feature is now available, an example of which can be seen in the attached file labeled Activity Feed Filter Tool.

Ride data for non-AXS bikes shows crazy gears
Rides from non-AXS enabled bikes shows 255 gears in the summary which is clearly not ideal. If there are no AXS gear data, it should default to 0, not 255...

Incorrect Battery life notifications web Vs SRAM AXS mobile app..
Currently through the web i got an email notification indicating that the force controllers (L & R) have low remaining battery life. And in the SRAM AXS Mobile app i get the notification that the Force FD is the one with low battery life and this is consistent with the red light indicator...please review and correct to make all battery life data consistent.
