Discord server for the community to ask for help.
Hey, what if you integrated a discord server where we could get responses to our questions quicker because sometimes the people in this support section take much longer to responds and it can be days. The guys over at the jom gobber discord server did the same thing and it has been going well for them (https://discordserverlists.com/jom-gabbar-discord/).Through a discord server this would be fixed. Thoughts?

Add shift delay
Add shift delay option to the app (.5 sec?) so you have to hold the shifter for a brief moment before a shift command is sent to the derailleur. This would prevent 99% of my accidental shifts and rule out the one negative design element in my opinion.

Average and Normalized power not correct; other suggestion
Hi, I'm new to AXS web and so far really love the Groupset and the post-ride reports. I did notice an error (or choice of calculation) in your reports vs. Garmin, Golden Cheetah, etc: the average values for power, etc (including Normalized Power) are taking into account 'stopped time' for their calculations. So when I stop for a gel, coffee, etc the AXS report artificially drops my averages based on how long I was stopped. I realize some may consider this a 'true' value-I do not. I want the feedback for when I was actually riding. I am NOT asking…

Allow to choose your compensation shifts for up and down. Don't force it to be 1 or 2 for both directions
Shimano has you beat in the adjustment category for compensation shifts. They allow you to choose the number of compensation shifts in either direction. 1-3 in either direction. With Sram, you are forced to choose 1 or 2 compensation shifts that apply in both directions. I would like to see the option for example when going from small chain ring to large to allow just 1 rear easier shift and conversely when dropping from big ring to little I'd like 2 compensation shifts in rear. I can chose these independently on Shimano but not Sram.

Incorrect Low Battery notification and inconsistency in status between AXS Web, AXS Mobile and Controller lights.
Incorrect Low Battery notification. After Ride received notification of low battery for L/R C on Phone. AXS Mobile indicated RD low RED, all others controllers where green and firmware up to date. RD controller flashed red, all other controllers flashed green. AXS Web had low battery for both L/R controllers. Right controller also had new firmware available (2.7.3). AXS Web voltage for RD/FD respectively were 7.65, 7.73 volts. After charging both RD/FD, SRAM app and controller have green battery status , AXS WEB indicated both RD/FD are green, but the voltage did not change. Should be close to 8.5V. R…

Show shift number
I am using AXS with Shimano Di2. Ride report shows shift ratio, it would be more useful to see real gear
i.e front 50 rear 25 report shows 1/2 I would like to see 50/256 votes -
UCI compliant junior gearing
Make a 12-speed cassette available for road racers to make their bike 2x12 speed setup (Red, Force, Rival AXS) compliant with the uci gearing restrictions for juniors (16y.-18y.)
Your competitor has had cassettes available for years for younger competition riders.

Total miles per ring/cog
I'd like to be able to see total miles ridden per ring/cog for a bike across multiple rides to track total wear on the components. I don't see any way to display that currently. There would have to be some sort of date filter or reset function to zero it back out when components are replaced.

Last battery status
Before the Ax’s goes into standby it works be useful if it could sent type last battery status to the phone app.
Would but also useful to alert when the battery is below 20%, 10 & 5%

Integrate AXS components with ride tracking apps
Integrate AXS components with ride tracking apps instead of just cycling computers. This would be a great feature addition for those who do not use cycling computers but still would like to see AXS usage statistics, instead use apps like Cyclemeter or Apple Workouts. Adding this to AXS on the web would be great, but ideally all on the mobile app.

SW-Stände im Offline Modus korrekt anzeigen (Force Controller und Force FD)
Bei der Ansicht des Trainings können die SRAM-Komponenten eingeblendet werden. Bei Force Controller und Force FD wird SW - Stand 0 angezeigt mit dem Hinweis "Neue Firmware verfügbar". Bei Force RD wird der SW-Stand korrekt angezeigt.
