Loaner Bikes for Warrantied Parts
This is not specifically related to AXS web, but I'd just like to recommend some sort of loaner bike program as part of your warranty. My Force AXS rear derailleur died on Friday, so I had to wait through the weekend to file my warranty claim. Weekends are so so so precious for my training - both fitness and mental health. Local shop says itll be about a week to get the replacement part. They plan to offer me a loaner tomorrow night, out of their own generosity, but I've already lost 4 days of training in the middle of…

External link option for Chrome
Settings option for how to manage external links. I.e. clicking on a ride log from the App links to axs.sram.com via Safari on mobile. Would like to see option for preferred browser settings, or at least follow iOS system preferences.

Automatic gear change
As long as you reach a certain revolutions and speed, the AXS can, after previous setup, change the gears up or down.

Grab Info from Bosch ebikes
Grab info from Bosch ebikes (Nyon or Kiox monitor), not just Garmin. I run an etab with Nyon, no use here.

The actuation count doesn't seem to be correct
After the most recent firmware update for my Force RD the actuation count is stuck at 4084. Adding the total history of rides made I sum up to 5023 shift actuations, means ~ 1000 of them haven't been counted since the update while they are visible for each single ride.

Gear change overrun setting.
With a mechanical indexed setup there is a natural overrun when changing down (up the cassette - smaller to larger cog) which helps initiate the gear change and keep it smooth. i.e. the cable pulls the derailleur a little bit past the ideal position for the next gear but when the rider releases the lever the derailleur falls back to where it should be. AXS simply moves the derailleur to the next ending position which makes the change clunky under power. If AXS mimicked the mechanical shift with a little overrun before settling in the ideal position that would fix…

Hi, I'm loving my Force AXS eTap 12-speed. For buying repair tools, is there a list of all the bolt bits (e.g. 2.5mm hex, 10mm Torx) used on the system? Thanks

Pourquoi comme le font pas mal d’applications, Sram AXS ne dialoguerait pas avecEbike Connect de Bosch qui déjà dialogue avec Komoot pour intégrer les données de Sram AXS XX1/X01/GX qui permettraient pour les utilisateurs d’avoir un maximum d’informations en fonction de leur sortie.
Un partenariat avec Bosch/Sram/Garmin qui dans leur domaine sont des références nous aurions toutes données nécessaires qui aiderait de l’utilisateur lambda au compétiteur les données nécessaires à sa progression.1 vote -

Very difficult to enter birthdate. Direct entry of mm/ddyyyy does not wor. Moving back on the pop up calendar is tedious.

Component global statistics
It's cool to see the "time in gear" for a single activity, but it would be useful to be able to select a component and see how it has been used over all the activities, e.g. to know how much time I've spend on a certain sprocket of my cassette.
Today going through this information on many activities, helped me understand why sprockets #2 and #3 are so badly worn and the rest is fine....turns out the climbs on my home trails demand that gear the most. Notifications for maintenance
Is perfect that the app push a notification when any producto axs, qarq or reverb have a maintenance and I have a very good control about it and perfect care.

Improve the app
I have connectivity issues with the app, worked fine on my first sram product, red, second one force, the app will not download to my phone and when trying to store the components it finds multiple power meters but not the rest of the components, help please
