Rear derailleur shifts slowly.
Hello,
by the red axs the front derailleur shifts very quickly - it´s good for me.
The problem is that the rear derailleur shifts slowly. I don´t like it!
Would it be possible to create the new firmware, which would speed up the rear derailleur??

Non axs gear use stats
It would be nice to have the same gear use statistics for a non-AXS as for AXS. It should be possible to calculate it base on speed, cadence and drivechain info.

Relocate battery on dropper post for enduro bikes
At full compression the battery nicks the rear tire and ultimately rips the battery out and has damaged my dropper

Charge me notification
Send me a little text or notification “charge me” the battery is so good and the tech is so amazing I forget it needs some juice!

Reduce Noise
The whole gear set is too loud and the vibration is excessive in the smaller gears. My feet fall asleep from the vibration and this is after having the whole system refitted from scratch. Clever system but lacks refinement.

Hi there,
I am writing from germany and maybe you forward this to your german colleagues. I bought the the force etap axs wide and I can adjust the mode etc. it with the iphone. For tracking etc. Komoot fulfills my needs complete and it would be nice to see the shifting and tracking with the axs app.
Unfortunatly I realized this is just possible with an additional device e.g. Wahoo, Garmin, (means also + >300€ invest).
Do plan to connect the AXS tracking direct to the smartphone in the future?

Import Gpx files
I have polar ecosystem and Komoot also.
It’s not possible to import a Gpx file and very boring to convert my Gpx file in .fit to be compatible with your website.
Help me I would like to enjoy my experience with sram products1 vote -
Total miles per ring/cog
I'd like to be able to see total miles ridden per ring/cog for a bike across multiple rides to track total wear on the components. I don't see any way to display that currently. There would have to be some sort of date filter or reset function to zero it back out when components are replaced.

Inserire nuove tipologie di attività
Nell'app esistono "cavalcata", "correre" e "camminare".... sarebbe molto utile e molto più corretto poter scegliere tra diverse tipologie di attività...
"Strada" o "Road", "Mountain bike" o "Mtb", "Gravel" o "Ciclo cross" o "CX"... sinceramente quelle inserite di default non rispecchiano il tipo di attività che viene svolta...1 vote -

Very difficult to enter birthdate. Direct entry of mm/ddyyyy does not wor. Moving back on the pop up calendar is tedious.

Easy set up /first use
I just had my very first ride with the new red axs. When the bike (Rose Reveal six) arrived, I updated the software. Now the components haven't communicated to each other. I just could switch down.
Wondering that Sram took the fun of my first ride.
Other than that, I was trying to get the sequential set up working. No idea why it didn't work. I could not find any support in the app.
Would wish to have a much better "before you start" and "first setting" section in a manual and in the app.2 votes
