Do the front shifts take into account sequential mode shifts? It doesn't look like it does.
Include front shifts performed as part of sequential shifting in the count. I can't believe I only shifted front 4 times in 60+ miles?
5 votesAll the front shifts are recorded, so any sequential shifting should be tracked. There are some outstanding bugs surrounding shift data recording with certain Garmin computers, so see our post here for additional information: https://sram.uservoice.com/forums/923569-sram-axs-web/suggestions/38751496-chainring-data-are-incorrect

Remove stationary time in gear
Time in gear: the gray zone. Stationary time is of no interest for 'time in gear.' The whole graphic and time values should focus on 'moving time in gear.'
63 votesAXS Web now only shows moving time in gear. We also added power in gear (if you have a power meter), and distance in gear charts.

Miles not correct in the AXS feed. Different from what is recorded by Garmin.
When a ride is recorded using my Garmin the milage ridden does not match that shown in the AXS feed. Shouldn't they be the same why would the AXS feed be different?
91 votesWe are now using Garmin’s calculated summary data, such as distance, speed and altitude gain.

Enable the RED eTAP for AXS Web
DZero Powermeters (non AXS) are available in AXS, please enable the first great SRAM RED eTap for AXS Web and Firmware Updates through the new App.
4 votesUnfortunately this is not possible as the eTap does not have a Bluetooth radio, which makes it incompatible with the AXS App.
However, eTap is compatible with AXS Web. Just pair your original eTap to a Garmin head unit and upload the files.

problems with indoor sessions
I've done several indoor sessions with my quarq power meter and they are not shown in the AXS Web, therefore I cannot check my details.
I got my quarq linked to my Garmin Fenix 5 and I got all the data on my watch/garmin connect
regards12 votesIndoor sessions should now be processed correctly and appear on AXS Web. Please reach out to us here or by email at apps@sram.com if you continue to have this issue.

Average power and normalized power is different from activity recorded in Garmin edge 530
The average power and normalized power displayed in SRAM AXS Web is higher as compared to the same activity recorded in Garmin edge 530.
Is it due to different algorithms in calculation?
13 votesOur platform uses the standard Normalized Power formula created by Dr. Coggan, which utilizes the total time (not moving time). Details can be seen here: https://www.trainingpeaks.com/blog/normalized-power-intensity-factor-training-stress/

way to filter activities
since all the activities from garmin connect synced it'd be nice to filter for just rides instead of showing all activities. alternately it would be good to bulk all activities that are not rides into a different section so it doesn't get confusing
41 votesThis feature is now available, an example of which can be seen in the attached file labeled Activity Feed Filter Tool.

Support bike images in portrait mode and/or add cropping tool
When I add a new bike, there is an option to upload a photo. If I upload a photo that was taken in portrait mode, the photo is automatically turned on its side. At the very least, there should be some help text that describes this limitation. A crop tool that would allow one to crop a section of a portrait photo would be nice too.
2 votesYou can now crop your bike images from the edit bike page.

Activity type detection from Garmin Connect doesn't appear to work
Garmin Connect knows that the activity is a run but that does not appear to populate through to SRAM AXS Web. The activity was listed as a ride.
102 votesActivity type is pulled in from Garmin Connect, you can filter your activity feed by selecting from the activity type drop down.

Gear cogs
2x AXS drive trains should have a two different colors (ie. Red and Green) One color for the little and the other color for the big. Then in the rear it would cog display it would be cool to indicate the time spent in that cog in the big ring, little ring, and stationary.
124 votesUsers now have the ability to see gear utilization per chainring selection, as seen in the attached file labeled Chainring Selection Tool.
