Profiles for MicroAdjustment Settings
Option to create profiles for different wheelsets or indoor trainers, because the cassette position can vary. I have to adjust my gears every time I switch my wheels or ride indoor.

Total miles per ring/cog
I'd like to be able to see total miles ridden per ring/cog for a bike across multiple rides to track total wear on the components. I don't see any way to display that currently. There would have to be some sort of date filter or reset function to zero it back out when components are replaced.

Sequencetial Shift
Adding the option to select the gears yourself when the derailleur and rear derailleur shift when sequential shifting, as is possible with Shimano with the DI2.
e.g. not at penultimate gear but earlier at third gear.

Firmware version not properly sync'd to the web
I just updated (about 30 minutes ago) the front derailleur firmware version to 2.32.0. However the web site says it needs updating (see image attached). I assume this is a bug because I updated the rear derailleur firmware and that same update message for the rear went away shortly after.

Allow to choose your compensation shifts for up and down. Don't force it to be 1 or 2 for both directions
Shimano has you beat in the adjustment category for compensation shifts. They allow you to choose the number of compensation shifts in either direction. 1-3 in either direction. With Sram, you are forced to choose 1 or 2 compensation shifts that apply in both directions. I would like to see the option for example when going from small chain ring to large to allow just 1 rear easier shift and conversely when dropping from big ring to little I'd like 2 compensation shifts in rear. I can chose these independently on Shimano but not Sram.

Incorrect Low Battery notification and inconsistency in status between AXS Web, AXS Mobile and Controller lights.
Incorrect Low Battery notification. After Ride received notification of low battery for L/R C on Phone. AXS Mobile indicated RD low RED, all others controllers where green and firmware up to date. RD controller flashed red, all other controllers flashed green. AXS Web had low battery for both L/R controllers. Right controller also had new firmware available (2.7.3). AXS Web voltage for RD/FD respectively were 7.65, 7.73 volts. After charging both RD/FD, SRAM app and controller have green battery status , AXS WEB indicated both RD/FD are green, but the voltage did not change. Should be close to 8.5V. R…

Translation into spanish
Please, translate into spanish correctly, the current translation is a mess. E.g. what is "gancho", or "ganchillo" or "el tiempo se mueve" (should be - tiempo en movimiento). Most of words and phrases are meaningless in spanish!.

This feedback platform is obviously abandoned. None of these ideas ever got implemented. There is no reaction from SRAM anymore.
SRAM AXS web still doesn't work properly: components are shown inconsistent across devices or sometimes don't show up at all. Firmware versions of the components aren't displayed anymore, and notifications for new firmware versions don't work.
And above all this: why the hell is there an SRAM AXS app and a separate SRAM AXS web platform? Why isn't both merged into a properly working app?

Rides not consistently syncing from Garamin to AXS Web
This seems to be happening to quite a few people, and we've posted under a completed topic. Based on the no replies, I'm guessing SRAM doesn't read closed items.

App update is not an improvement
The AXS app has never been impressive and now it's even worse!
Connection to a component does not show battery status, you need to actually select the component and then go back one screen. Regardless of that the web portal is not getting updated with battery levels. Time-wise I know (becasue I'm logging time) a recharge for RD is due but there is no suggestion anywhere that this is the case.23 votes -
Add Elite trainers into the Web
It would be nice to have all data you get from your indoortrainers into the overview. A lot of people or using f.e. ZWIFT when weather is not good.

Integrate the option like Garmin and wahoo to get the gear Analysis for the rides.

Show details of individual laps
It would be great if details on time, distance, speed, cadence, heart rate, average power and normalized power etc are shown on individual laps for analyzing purposes.
