Do the front shifts take into account sequential mode shifts? It doesn't look like it does.
Include front shifts performed as part of sequential shifting in the count. I can't believe I only shifted front 4 times in 60+ miles?
5 votesAll the front shifts are recorded, so any sequential shifting should be tracked. There are some outstanding bugs surrounding shift data recording with certain Garmin computers, so see our post here for additional information: https://sram.uservoice.com/forums/923569-sram-axs-web/suggestions/38751496-chainring-data-are-incorrect

Enable the RED eTAP for AXS Web
DZero Powermeters (non AXS) are available in AXS, please enable the first great SRAM RED eTap for AXS Web and Firmware Updates through the new App.
4 votesUnfortunately this is not possible as the eTap does not have a Bluetooth radio, which makes it incompatible with the AXS App.
However, eTap is compatible with AXS Web. Just pair your original eTap to a Garmin head unit and upload the files.

Crashes constantly
The app crashes for the Tyrewiz section whenever I change from BAR to PSI. I can close every other app on my phone and it will 100% of the time crash. The app is up to date and the firmware for both Tyrewiz valves are also up to date.
3 votesThis issue is resolved with the new iOS app version 2.0.3. Please update your app to ensure the best user functionality.

Ride data for non-AXS bikes shows crazy gears
Rides from non-AXS enabled bikes shows 255 gears in the summary which is clearly not ideal. If there are no AXS gear data, it should default to 0, not 255...

Upload Activities that don't auto-snyc
Not all of my Garmin Activities will sync, and in particular, none of my AXS bikes. The ability to Browse a File and Manually Upload would be sweet.
3 votesManually uploading .FIT files from Garmin is now available, an example of which can be seen in the attached file labeled Manual FIT Upload.

Fix the Rider Profile
Every time I try to update my rider profile, when I attempt to enter my birthdate, the page crashes and I get a popup saying - something is not working properly - please refresh the page, wait 30 minute or post feedback. Tried refreshing and tried waiting, with same result. So, I'm posting feedback. See attached. Is there a preferred browser or is this just a bug?
2 votesWe apologize for the inconvenience, this bug has been fixed.

AXS Web App Component Statistic for Battery Status and Operating time for RD/FD and Left/Right controllers are reversed
Every time I have received a low battery indication for the left and right controllers, I charged the RD/FD battery to resolve the low battery indication. On the last occurrence I also made note of the operating time for all the components. The operating time for the left and right controllers displayed 26 hours, consistent with the time elapsed since I charged the RD/RD batteries and were reset to zero after replacing RD/FD batteries. Also the time for the RD/FD seems usually high for number mile I have on the bike, question the accuracy or what the value represents.
2 votesFixed an issue with users receiving incorrect low battery push notifications.

Support bike images in portrait mode and/or add cropping tool
When I add a new bike, there is an option to upload a photo. If I upload a photo that was taken in portrait mode, the photo is automatically turned on its side. At the very least, there should be some help text that describes this limitation. A crop tool that would allow one to crop a section of a portrait photo would be nice too.
2 votesYou can now crop your bike images from the edit bike page.

Back Button to Cancel
When hitting the ellipse button under a bicycle, the Bike Settings menu pops up with options to Add, Edit or Delete a bike. Hitting the (Android) Back Button does not close the menu. You have to actively hit Cancel. Normally on an Android phone, I find, that action would exit/cancel the current procedure.
