SRAM AXS Web integrates with Garmin and Wahoo but not… Hammerhead? What?
There was an acquisition IIRC…
1 voteHi, David! Thanks for this idea! This feature was released in June, just a few months ago. See the Hammerhead release notes from June 2, 2022. However, the integration is enabled from the Hammerhead Dashboard in the Accounts menu. You can read more about that in this Hammerhead support article.
On the AXS Web side, we do have a link to take you directly to the Hammerhead Accounts menu. You can access that by selecting your profile icon > Settings > Account. You will find the Hammerhead link under the Import Activity Applications (screenshot attached).
I've been using this feature since it's release and it's great! Please let us know if you encounter any issues. Thanks!

primary
I have a new bike with AXS etap. When trying to setup with the APP, it has forced the front derailer as primary and I cannot find a way to reset this. I have removed everything from the bike in the app, tried restarting the process. It never makes the rear derailer the primary, even if I have the battery removed from the front derailer. As soon as I replace the battery, the app shows the front derailer and lists it as primary. How to reset this?
1 voteSimply re-pair your AXS components to make the RD the primary device, as seen here:

Web site Broken
As of the morning of 23 June 2021 your web site has erased my bike information and will not allow me to save a new bike. What gives? The app still works fine and still knows my bike details.
1 voteWe experienced an increase in error rates in our web services overnight, which resulted in some riders being unable to access their bikes and components via AXS App and AXS Web. Our Engineering team has identified and restored functionality as of 10:10am MT. We apologize for the interruption

AXS web and app conflicting firmware version data
AXS Web gives me a warning that my left shifter needs a firmware upgrade but the AXS app on iPhone tells me the left shifter is running the latest firmware. Which is correct?
1 voteHello and thank you for the feedback.
The mobile app will have the correct information about your device’s firmware version. AXS Web relies on the information passed from your components either thru interactions with the mobile app or by .fit file activity uploads. Sometimes the data passed to AXS Web can be stale, we are working on improving this process to deliver the most accurate information at all times.
Thanks again for reaching out to us, and please feel free to ask questions or leave any additional feedback here.

Display current gear
I would love a way to view the current gear. I have a scott enike with kiox display amd it would he amazing if the rear derialure could connect to that, or other third party devices, and display the current gear
1 voteIt looks like the Kiox does not have the ability to connect to external sensors, however the ability to show the current gear is available in a number of cycling computers. See link for more details: https://www.sram.com/en/sram/road/campaigns/pairing-garmin-and-wahoo-with-gearing

Garmindata
I just linked up my garmin app data to share on axs.not only did it import my ride data, it imported every other activity, running, walking, gym etc including location bubbles which i have previously put in place for privacy. This was a concern so its since been deleted. Of you can work out only importing ride data, I may use again.
Secondly there is not much more data you have that i can't find on garmin and strava. Its almost like there's a double up on data fields.
Lastly, with the 2.7.3 update, it was difficult to find what…
1 voteThanks for the feedback!
Garmin Connect doesn’t allow us to specify the activity type, they send everything. However we do allow for filtering your AXS Feed by activity type, give it a try!
For your privacy concerns, AXS Web defaults all activities as private. ONLY you can see the content.
We do have similar content as Strava and Garmin, but AXS Web does provide additional content about your AXS components (like Time in Gear, Normalized Power Curves, Tire Pressure data, etc) with the addition of sending you low battery and firmware update information about your components.
We will try to improve our firmware update process going forward. Thanks for your comments.

Inaccurate operating time
I have had my power meter longer than the derailleur that is on my bike. The power meter claims 96.9 hours and the derailleur claims 976.7 hours.

I want to know how much time/distance with each gear combo, for example 46/15 or 33/15.
Knowing which cog time/distance by it self is not that helpful.
1 voteYou can breakdown the time in gear for individual chainrings by clicking on the chainring bar in the Gear Histogram chart
