Simple serial numbers and Register through the app
Hi
I have my new equipment but have no idea where the serial numbers are
The devices connect to my phone, my phone connects to your website, why can it all link up to make the job easy

Support for 9/10/11 speed cassettes ?
Could the rear derailleur have settings for 9/10/11 speed cassettes as well as 12 ? I don't know how the firmware works but I would guess it's based on distance between the gears. If we could adjust this distance then we could use other cassettes with the AXS derailleurs for different ranges of ratio's. The jumps on the 10-50 are quite large so when riding at flatter locations it would be nice to pop on a tighter MTB cassette or even a road cassette. Obviously, different freehubs may be required but these are relatively inexpensive.

Remove stationary time in gear
It Shows still Stationary Time in Gear. That Messes up Power in Gear aswell !
Problem Was Solved in 2019, but its there Again !

Pairing with other GPS units
Would be great if GPS units like Giant Neo track could pair up. Not everyone uses Garmin

Track personal power records.
Currently under the power curve page I can see my best power output for the day. Can you compare that wattage to my best power output on record?
It would be helpful to see my best 20 minute power ever ridden or my best five minute power ever ridden. That way you can monitor progress over time.

Have a documentation on what is expected to work
It is quite difficult to figure out what is expected to work (and maybe just does not work for me) and what is just not working...
Examples:
I am quite sure I hade my bike automatically assigned to activities in the beginning. This is not working anymore since a while. Is it worth trying to fix this on my side? Can I ask anybody at SRAM to help? Or is it just not supposed to work (currently)?

Cycling app component connectivity
Please make it so that the component overview can be seen with other apps. Even the wahoo fitness app. The system is great but the support is lacking. Why do I have to have a dedicated cycling computer to review the component usage/gears?

Compensating shift based on gear ratios
Provide a compensating shift option that would automatically shift to the cassette sprocket that provides the gear ratio closest to the gear ratio being used at the start of the shift. The number of compensation shifts would vary depending upon the gear being used at the start of the shift. For example, with a 30-43 crankset and a 10-33 cassette the number of compensation shifts would be 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 depending upon the gear being used at the start of the shift.

Why there are two activities "Run" and "Running"? Why at all Sram AXS downloads any other activity than various bike ride
There are two overlapping categories of activities "Run" and "Running", decide which one to keep and delete the other.
I wonder why at all download any other activity than bike relates, as Sram has no better insights to provide versus any other running platform. It just clutters the activity list in AXS Web.4 votes -
Update error
When trying to configure controls. As soon as I wake my derailleur a notification pops up in the configure controls. It tells me that there is a firmware update for my post for blob compatibility, yet my post has the latest firmware. If I dismiss the message the notification just reappears immediately rendering it impossible to configure my shifters to activate my post?

Strava segments
I’d like to be able to compare and contrast gear usage with the fastest riders on a Strava segment or route.

Enhanced mode/sequential shifting mode turned of when batt dies
Battery ran to zero, shifting stopped ( expected ) - however after recharge and refitting batt the enhanced mode was lost. Had to go back into the App and set it to "on" again.
The Enhanced mode is fantastic on the whole - but please make sure it does not turn off ... if it was pre race day then bad race is on the cards!! tx

Component wear
It would be great to see data for component use. Specific km/miles per gear and also the same for chains. Number chains used per cassette etc. Linking this into Strava or Garmin Connect would also be useful.

Separate the instruction manual by language instead of by step. This would make it easier to read.

Data Access for Shops
When you make available the lifetime stats for a component, it would be nice to have a shop access app (or setting in the current app) to allow a shop to access certain data for a bike they are working on. If a shop connects to a bike that is linked to an account on AXS Web, the shop should be able to get the lifetime component data without getting any personal info associated with the account. This could be helpful for a shop trying to diagnose occasional or intermittent drivetrain issues by knowing which gears are used the most.…
