The Fenix 3 does not have the capability of displaying drivetrain gearing.  A list of compatible devices can be found here: https://www.thisisant.com/directory/filter/~/~/~/276/

    2. Wrong Average Speed

Yes I have seen the other posts about wrong average speed being reported. Using a Garmin 520 and the AXS consistently posts a slower average speed. I received a notification from you guys saying it was fixed but based on my last few rides it is not fixed.

    3. Garmin IQ Connect

Need a dedicated Connect IQ app in order to have a better implementation of AXS data in real time during training ride

    4. “Cafe time”....Pause time

When a ride is paused, this time still shows-all be it in grey- and affects the overall computations.
Recommend allowing the rider to select these “pause” times or remove them automatically-can be based on cadence.
The removal is standard on Garmin and Wahoo.

Great idea! Unfortunately it is reliant on the cycling computer to create an audible alert. Feel free to reach out to Garmin, Wahoo, etc, for this idea.

    6. Ask strava to integrate gear stats on their website

I have all my rides logged with Strava, would be great if you can collaborate with them (show gear stats on Strava) instead of creating another platform where my rides are uploaded to...

    7. Garmin Connect Running

AXS web syncronizes with Garmin Connect and works well. But it does not need to download running activities. It is useless.

Some users are checking their running heart rate stats on AXS Web. We will be adding a feature to filter activities by type (ie running, cycling, etc)

    8. Time in gear does not match ride time

My time in gear on my last ride was 4:26:32. The elapsed time shows 4:27:14 and my moving time was 4:19:42.

Total time in gear is calculated from the total time connected to your sensor, and not directly from your ride time.

    9. Low battery sound alarm o

Apparently we rely Low battery indicator on the light on RD which we don’t always check or may missed to check. Can you make the RD to make some intermittent sound or perhaps it will occasionally shift 2-3x to make a noise to indicate the low battery? It may make the battery even lower though but better to be aware the battery is low before we go out for long rides

    10. I would like, if possible, that the battery connect with the wahoo to know on the screen the amount of battery available ...

Perhaps some kind of software could be implemented through agreements, so that on the wahoo screen there was an indicator of the remaining battery in the case of long routes or one day that has forgotten to charge the AXS batteries

Unfortunately, we can’t control what is being displayed on individual headunits. Please reach out to Garmin, Wahoo, etc for this feature request.

    11. Garmin Edge 820 FW 12.40 gear usage log error

The gear usage is not correctly register with the Edge 820 with the last firmware (12.40).
The front rings only register the smal front ring and in the rear rings don´t register de smal ring.

I made a test with edge 820 and fenix 5 and reviewed the FIT files. With the fenix the data is ok but with de edge the frontgearnum used is 0 or 1 (in fenix is 1 or 2) and the event for reargearnum 12 does not exist (in fenix it exist).

      Thanks

Please reach out to Garmin on this issue as it might be related to recent firmware changes that were made.

    12. Garmin fenix 5 Plus - only option to configure 2x11 setup. Need 1x12 to support SRAM Eagle setup.

Just setting up my Garmin fenix 5 Plus with my AXS setup on my mountain bike. The Garmin only supports a 2x11 setup from what I can tell but for Eagle AXS we need 1x12. Is this something we should push with Garmin?

Unfortunately we have to decline this since the functionality is up to Garmin. We have had conversations with Garmin regarding expanding compatibility with our new gear ranges.

    13. Add more data fields comparable to Shimano Di2 with cycling head units

Individual battery power read outs in percentage rather than a single bar graph would be helpful.

    14. Shifts during a ride don't match from differing head units

I use a Qollector and a Garmin 530 and I will get 270 shifts on the Garmin and 281 on the Qollector over a 3 hour ride.

    15. Add the Eagle AXS 1-12 Drivetrain in the settings

Can't select or manually add the Sram Eagle AXS drive train to the Garmin settings

This is dependent on your Garmin headunit and not on your SRAM AXS components. Feel free to reach out to Garmin directly to ask for more AXS support on their devices

    17. Activity Name not imported properly from Garmin Connect

I would expect that the Activity Name in Garmin Connect would be the Activity Name assigned to the activity in SRAM AXS.

Unfortunately we do not have control over what information is shown in the Garmin screens. Please reach out to Garmin directly for this feature request.

    19. Link data of weight with garmin connect

I have a garmin balance and so my weight is always up to date. I think it's better to give this information in only one application

Unfortunately our Garmin Connect API access limits us to only activities. Garmin isn’t supplying us with any user weight.

    20. When there is a low battery icon on an activity I would like the AXS feed snap shot to tell me what device has a low battery.

Currently you need to go into every device that is paired to the bike and look at each one individually.

Unfortunately we don’t have enough information within a Garmin FIT file to properly identify which component within your AXS system has a low battery status. You can, however, refer to the AXS mobile app for this information.
