How can we improve SRAM AXS Web?

Please link to the Wahoo app!

I and many other users have abandoned Garmin for Wahoo and as such cannot currently bring my rides files into the app.

    So I’ve linked (from axs web) to Wahoo (did it because I can basically)
    But that’s kind of back to front - the link should be from Wahoo TO AXS and I can’t see AXS Web listed in the list of available recipients amongst the list of about 15 places I can send my data to.

    Have SRAM provided Wahoo with an API to enable the link?

    Hello all,

    I can confirm it works BUT! you have to use the „Wahoo Fitness“ App, and NOT the „Elemnt Companion“ App. I know, it’s nonsense, that it’s impossible to sync the data with the same app they’ll be generated from. Wahoo maybe integrate Sram to the list of supported apps directly into the companion App later...

    Now it seams to work.... But You realy have to Install and sync with the "Wahoo Fitness" App ! onyl with the "ELEMNT" app it´s not working

    Setup and initial sync do work - but nothing more. I have to delete the connection to wahoo and re-link it again to get SRAM AXS web to sync newer rides. Apart from that the welcome- and the sample-card can't be deleted from the timeline. Looks like a beta version.

    No problem here - works well with Elemnt Bold + Wahoo App and synched also the workouts from the past to Sram AXS Web.

    No sync occurring from Wahoo API after linking my account and completing an activity. Sync with an Edge device used on the same ride worked fine from Garmin Connect.

    After linking Wahoo account with SRAM app, SRAM app still not syncing activities from Wahoo.

    I get no data from wahoo to SRAM... could it bee that i always have to export the.fit file from wahoo to SRAm ? if, i ask me if we live in 2020... ;-)

    I recently asked Wahoo about AXS Web and Wahoo connectivity. They didn´t know when it´s coming. So maybe you know more. Many of us are interested I think. Thanks guys!

    This uservoice platform is a joke. They got the money from the devices and not interested at all to listen to us. Look at other votes. How difficult would it be to show the battery in percentage? It also takes now ages.

    Now it’s for sure Wahoos fault.
