Other platforms are consistent. Last ride 15.8MPH. AXS shows this as 11.8???

My AVERAGE speed has been wrong all this while (3 moths already), i think they calculate it using elapsed time and not moving time.
Why is this so???
Can u fix this problem?

Hey did a ride today and as has been happening your app is reporting a much lower average speed for the ride than my Garmin app... Garmin says 21mph and your app says 18.1mph... Can you please fix this? I like your app but want it to be reliable.

I still have the same issue and have logged it before. It’s appears the average speed is not based on Moving Time and perhaps Elapsed Time? Frustrating maybe a first world problem but I thought this might have been an easy fix?

I had this issue from the 24/11/19. The ride became available on 27/11/18 with a distance of 1100 odd Kms in 4 hours!

Average speed is calculated on total time. It should be calculated on moving time only

It appears average speed is being calculated by total time not moving time
Thank you -

Garmin 1030 -You still has wrong average speed. Looks like you are using elapsed time to do calculation.

I noticed that AXS Web reported a recent road ride with a 19.1 mph average. My road bike is equipped with Shimano Durace mechanical. My mtb is AXS. Where's your data for my road rides coming from since both Garmin Connect and Strava report the aforementioned road ride at 19.8 mph average?

Wow, how is it that this simple request and function can not be accomplished. Major fail SRAM!!

The average speed data only takes into account the total time from start to end of the activity. Most group rides have a water stop and the time at the water stop at 0 mph is being factored into your average speed. Does the data exist to present an average of the time spent moving. Both Garmin and Strava do that.

Using the wrong time from Garmin; seems to use elapsed time which includes non-moving time; Garmin has 3 times: Time; moving time; elapsed time. Average on Garmin uses the first time.
