New ride today wasn’t updated on axs web
Using garmin express after the ride connected with a garmin 530 connected to a pc, axs web didn’t update about the ride. Tried connecting the garmin 530 to a Iphone with a garmin connect app. Also no update. Strava and garmin connect however had the new ride updated.

This issue can be resolved by:
- Navigating to https://axs.sram.com/riderportal
- Disconnect from Garmin
- Reconnect to Garmin

Still having issues not having my ride uploaded. I have disconnects and reconnected.

I'm new to this; just got my Force equipped AXS bike going. I have repeatedly connected/disconnected/connected AXS web to my Garmin account, and no synching or ride reports. I've had to manually download .fit files and upload them to AXS Web to get anything. :(

Did a disconnect/reconnect from Garmin connect as suggested above but no result. -

I have this issue as Well. My last ride that was synced to AXS Web was May 17 2022. I have had several rideS since.

I have been hearing about this issue and wasn't effected until this month. My last ride in AXS APP appears to be from 12May2022. I've have several rides since that date but noe will upload to AXS. Has this issue not been resolved and why is this an issue?

I have the same problem, seems to happen when the ride is uploaded to Strava/Wahoo app in an area with poor cell coverage, i.e.; 3G or worse.

I am having this issue as well, rides from the last two days not showing in AXS, but they are on Strava and Garmin Comnect.

Same. Nov 21st ride loaded, Nov 23rd is lost and Nov 26th is loaded again without a problem. It seems the connection was down for a few days? Strava and Connect show all.

AXS web feed does not include Nov 22 & Nov 24 activities (that do show in Garmin Connect & Strava). Last activity recorded in AXS web feed is Nov 21.

My ride on the 25th nov wasn’t uploaded too. My last ride was a week ago on the 17th Nov. I did a short ride around the park to log a short ride but still no updates to the AXS site. Wasn’t sure if I had some setup issues until I saw this post.

I have had the same issue. Started on 23rd nov. last 3 rides did not update feed in axs.com but loaded successfully to Garmin connect, Strava and TrainingPeaks. I tried repairing, reconnecting to Garmin , checking head unit firmware, checking sram axs firmware, clearing phone cache, relog in again. Nothing. No feed update. Using Garmin 1030
