It is quite difficult to figure out what is expected to work (and maybe just does not work for me) and what is just not working...

Examples:

I am quite sure I hade my bike automatically assigned to activities in the beginning. This is not working anymore since a while. Is it worth trying to fix this on my side? Can I ask anybody at SRAM to help? Or is it just not supposed to work (currently)?

In the My Components section, each components page has a part called "Component Statistics", this used to be updated when I used the components. It is not anymore. Is it just not working for me, then how can I get help to fix it? Or is it not available (anymore)?

I do not receive any push notifications in the App. A problem on my side? Or expected behavior? (I used to have push notifications reliably ~18 month ago)

Please help to make clear what is expected to work and what is not and provide guidance to fix issues if things are not working as expected.
