Chainring data are incorrect
My data for at least one ride are showing I was in the small ring the whole time when I was definitely in the big ring the whole time.

I have Sram axs etap force connected to a garmin edge 520 and garmin fenix 6s pro solar. I was able to set in the garmin edge with the correct front and rear gears. I cant seem to edit the front gear in the garmin fenix 6s pro solar. It just defaults to 39. I want to set it to 40T. I have been able to edit the rear gears even though garmin was missing in the gear presets 10-44. Note gear ratios are correct in the sram axs reports. Its just on the garmin fenix that I cant fix. Not the end of the world.

This seems to be fixed when looking at recent rides. I don't know if this was due to Garmin firmware updates or something got changed on the AXS web site.
The bike I already created is still showing 3 rings, but I no longer see any way to enter a 3x drivetrain into the system. I realize there are no 3x SRAM electronic systems and the Shimano ones are become rare, but there are a few of them out there and it would be useful to have the ability to continue to create bikes with 3 custom chainrings.

My ride summaries show no use of the #1 cog (11 tooth) when looking at use by time, but do correctly show use of that cog when viewing by distance. This consistently happens with this bike which has a 3x11 XTR drivetrain.

Same problem here, displays incorrect data with well configured chainrings on Edge 530.
On gear screen displays correct gear, but after ride data is wrong.

I use etap with a garmin edge1030 device. Front and rear gear and ratio is indicated on the 1030 correctly. Although the drive train setting in AXS mobile and AXS web is correct. It is mixed up in the report. Shift count front is not ok and small and big front ring seemed to be exchanged. When using the big ring on the bike it is shown as the small ring in the app. Use of the rear cog is not displayed correctly either. Very annoying!

Mine are not mixed but I'm also missing the infos from the big ring. Wonder if this is caused by an incorrect set up derailleur since my chain almost comes off everytime I shift in the big ring. Must really fix this ^^

what unit are you using? this is a garmin problem and you need to install the beta version to fix this issue, this was fixed not long ago under "12 speed shifting" in their beta release notes. I can't help but say there might be a similar problem with other units, mine is a 530 and everything works find since I started using the beta software.

Me too, last two rides showing only small chainring only when that wasn't the case. I have a 44x33T front chainring which doesn't show up as a preset in any of the apps or in Garmin, I had to use the "custom" option when I set my unit and app up. I tried to re-sync my Edge 530 but that didn't work either.

Same problem. Records ride as in small chainring throughout.

Mine are also backwards, it shows me in the small ring most of the time but it should be showing the larger ring.

My front derailleur stats don't make any sense. They are usually the opposite way round at best.
-
engels-jan@telenet.be commented
The report says 33T and should be 46T.
in front of the Rear Cogs is 11T and must be 10T.
For Front Rings, the switch between 46T and 33T is often not reflected in the report.
I think normal reporting should be normal.I look out for your feedback.

Jan Engels

The AXS ride report always reports incorrect chainring usuage. It reverses the large and small chainring. It shows the majority of my time is spent in the small ring. This couldn't be further from the truth
