@ mc@dav.at: Thank you for the update. Clear. What still is an issue is that it appears the total actuation count (I had opened a topic for this previously) doesn't seem to update when a firmware update is marked due. The last change I noticed was when I upgraded to 2.17. Since then it remains at 7180 shifts while I have 11194 in my personal tracking.

Perhaps I found out what is causing this issue. The actuation count got corrected when I had upgraded to Firmware 2.17. Now, as this version got removed from the servers, I'm prompted for a new firmware 2.7.3 (quite a glitch) and the actuation stopped again at 7180 while my personal record counts 11194. It may be conncted, just saying.

After a successful rollback to 2.7.3 the issue is fixed. It's now the axs.sram.com website that still thinks I'm on 2.17
