  1. Ensure that on bike devices battery condition is shown in % an not as a graphic and for all batteries (front / rear / shifters) separatly :)

    This is not required. If you need per-cog trimming then you likely have a derailleur hanger problem (it's bent).

    This is SUPER important to creating a sense of assurance that the rider won't be stuck on a ride with no ability to shift.
