Don't use the AXS App with Android 10 !!!
The problem several people describe here is a known problem and it makes your gear useless. The work around is to take an older Android device or an Apple device. That is of course if you have that around. I did contact SRAM with my utter disbelieve they allow this to happen in their software ... For those interested : it's a problem that with the bootloader and the bluetooth stack. A type of problem that happens, but should be catched during testing. And if it's not (for some reason), should be mitigated as soon as it's flagged. Which was ... september 29th ..

So for those people now in trouble and unable to ride : no other option than getting somewhere a different device. I'm waiting for an answer of SRAM, because so far I learned 2 things : stay away from this AXS app and stay even further away from firmware upgrades. Don't fix what is not broken ... It's not like somebody will hack you bike ...
