    Hello jt27516@gmail.com,

Mr Google says SRAM will not repair (quite a few posts on reddit etc), and neither will most bike shops - they want to sell you a new one!

If you can solder then you can replace them yourself. Finding the same size pins is not easy though, I eventually found some from RS online (data sheet attached) which are pretty close. They are made by HARWIN manufacturer part number is: P70-2100045R

The link to RS online: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/pcb-sockets/2479187

Getting at the pins is pretty easy, the 2 screws on my XX1 AXS are Torx T5 and everything just pulls out after that.

I did think that since soldering skills are required then a good local electronic repairer or remote control car/plane builder would be able to do it. You may also find a mobile phone/computer repair shop that will do it for you.

To get mine going again quickly (before I found a pogo pin stockist) I used 2 pins from the battery charger. To get this apart, there is a T10 Torx screw under the label stuck on the bottom, on mine the screw is above the serial# at the left hand end. Eventually, (when all of my batteries were flat) I fitted the new pogo pins in the charger.

    Good luck!

Oh, and even if the pins fail inside the warranty period, dealing with your lbs to get a replacement / repair under warranty will typically take 4 to 6 weeks - so you won't be able to ride your bike, which is totally unacceptable.

PS, if the solution is to buy a whole new derailleur for the sake of duff pogo pins then I'll be spending my money on Di2 instead.

Aonther possibility could be an option to set the components to lock if the registered owners phone is not nearby. This would be an auto lock when stopping for a coffee and would also mean that the components would not work again if stolen until re-united with the registered owner.
