Chainring data are incorrect
My data for at least one ride are showing I was in the small ring the whole time when I was definitely in the big ring the whole time.
This issue will be resolved on all Garmin Edge xx30 series cycling computers with Garmin’s impending release of new firmware. The beta firmware is available here:

UPDATED -
So today I did a flat ride a purposely did not use 50T and 42T but did spend some time in 10T. (Eagle)
The app showed me using 42T and not 10T.
It looks like the indexing is out but 1 gear.
Thanks! -

Io uso i rapporti 1×34 con il 12 v. 10/50. Durante l'allenamento vengono visualizzati i rapporti corretti, ma nel report finale viene visualizzato, erroneamente che non è mai stato utilizzato il 10T.

I use 1X(34) 10-50, and Garmin 820. The garmin always shows the correct gear and all the selected AXS information at the screen. The data on the APP is correct if, and only if, all the cogs are used for at least 10 seconds during the ride. Otherwise, the data always appears misplaced (shows the use of 50t when it was never used, and shows no use of 10t when it was used a lot.

My 10T gear on the xx1 10t-50T
Always sure not in use but I am sure I use it for my rides
Cause I always use the heavy gears to do my road rides -

Shows constantly (99%) that I'm in the small front ring when I'm 100% using the large front ring.
There must be a way to initially set up the system as I'm just started using new ASX 12 speed groupset and has not worked properly from the start....I don't see any instructions so expect it to work automatically (like all of us I suppose)....would be good to get an answer or get resolved.
Also second someone elses comment that the rear casette stats also come under question given the front ring issues.... -

I have the same issue. Only 2 rides with AXS, and it shows I only used the 35T front ring. Makes me wonder if the rear is correct.

bug
Gear not displaying correctly. Not recognizing the 10 tooth and big/small reversed. -

Data shows that I only shifted twice for the whole ride and never rode on my 10t cog. Data shows that I was on my 33t cog for most of my ride which I didn't used much during my ride.

Shows 100% time in small front ring. I used both (46/34T)

After I changed the cassette and chainring ratios, it does not reflect what gear I was actually riding in. For instance, I was in my 48 big ring and it shows I was majority in my 35. This was incorrect.

AXS eagle 1X 42 10-50 / Edge 820
shows now the 10T but says i never used it which is clearly false.
Otherwise I don't get what the gray bar (in addition to red) means on cumulative times for some rear rings (not all of them) and the front chain ring -

Only got my bike last week and both rides so far have only shown small ring data. Never says I was in the big ring.
Oddly if I upload the fit file to di2stats.com it says I did 16 front shifts, but also doesn't say I was in the big ring.

Same issue - data shows I was in only small chain ring, I was in both

On today’s ride I got both the large and small chain ring data. However, the data was reversed. It showed most of my ride in the small ring and just a little bit in the big ring.

I dropped the chain and now AXS web doesn’t recognize shifts to the large chain ring .
