Chainring data are incorrect
My data for at least one ride are showing I was in the small ring the whole time when I was definitely in the big ring the whole time.
This issue will be resolved on all Garmin Edge xx30 series cycling computers with Garmin’s impending release of new firmware. The beta firmware is available here:
Como puedo cambiar la configuration?
Garmin device shows it without problems.
I have the same problem.
It has been raised before and also announced as solved but I still experience it: The feedback whether I use the small or big chainring is wrong. Please solve it
All of my rides show everything in the small chain ring
The problem still happens after the upgrade
Says half of my ride was in the 50T. I’m never in the 50T. What the point of this data if you can’t record it correctly?
Die Ganganzeige der 10-33 ist nicht korrekt. Wenn ich die meiste Zeit/Distanz auf 8 fahre wird mir in der Webanzeige die 7 angezeigt. Alle Gänge sind um 1 versetzt.
the beta does not work on the Bontrager version of the1030, so I cannot verify that this works.
This issue has nothing to do with the Garmin
My Garmin device FR945 is showing the correct gear from day one
The T10 is not showing on the Sram report
¿Y qué ocurre con las series anteriores de Garmin??? Yo tengo el edge 820 por ejemplo... ¿Y con el 520, 510, 810, etc, etc, etc????
Will the Chainring fix be updated by Garmin for the 820?
Looks like the application does not record drive train information per bike..
Allways go back to 11 gears.
Need to re-select bike. Since it was recorded 11 gears, it never shows gear 12
My configuration is SRAM Force eTap AXS™ 12 speed and Garmin 1030. Appears to be fix with Edge 1030 Public Beta 9.25.
Rear cassette use per gear is incorrect. I never use the 50T ring & the app is calculating my 42t time as if I'm in the 50t ring. As such all the data should be shifted down one gear level to be correct. I also find the number of shifts seem very high.
Seem to recall this is because of newer Garmin units recording / reporting the data incorrectly, however it is bloody annoying.
As you can see its showing as ive not used 12th gear (10T) on my last ride, when I know I did. And cassette selection is correct on my settings.
Paired with edge 530 and 10T Cog isn’t showing up too.
Same problem. XX1 AXS derailleur, 1x 42T chainring, 10-50T cassette, Garmin Edge 830. App does not seem to count time on 10T cog.
