    1. Transmission: Introduce Comfort- and Race-Shifting Mode

      The new SRAM Transmission is shifting very smoothly, but unfortunately is sometimes quite slow.
      It would be great to select between a comfort-shifting mode and a race-shifting mode in the app. The comfort mode will enable the current smooth shifting, the race mode will activate direct and fast shifting with less smooth gear changes.

      Thanks for sharing you idea! The Eagle Transmission RD shifting is carefully controlled using a firmware feature we call, "Cassette Mapping" to guarantee precise, successful shifts that will not risk chain breaks or jamming. Nino Schurter won a world championship using it, so we feel pretty confident that other riders will also be successful with it!

    3. Trim Option per Gear

      Trimming is currently only possible simultanously for all gears. This sometimes leads to an optimal setup e.g. at lower gears while upper gears are suboptimal and would need additional trimming. Introducing a Trim-option per gear would give a perfect setup for the complete cassette.

      If the derailleur hanger is non-damaged and the frame is designed to industry frame-fit specifications, trim position should not need to be tuned for individual cogs. That work is carefully completed by SRAM engineers as part of the cassette and rear derailleur design process.

    5. Audible Limit Sound for High & Low

      By integrating a audible sound for when you are in your highest rear cog or lowest rear cog the Derailleur makes a small beep noise to let then rider know they are at there max gear either H or L. I have been riding axs eagle since the day of the release but when you click the paddle all the way theres no way to feel that you are in your lowest gear.

      Unfortunately this is not possible as the current AXS components have no means of emitting sounds. An alternative approach is to use a cycling head unit (Garmin, Wahoo, etc) that is capable of indicating gear position.
