MicroAdjust Per Cog
Not all bikes are perfect 100% of the time. MicroAdjust per gear would help seamless shifting on nonperfect or slightly damaged setup, specially on the fly.
PLEASE DO THIS.

There will soon be a new Chinese manufacturer selling an electronic shifting system with this feature. Personally, I will be happy to switch over. The only reason SRAM refuses to implement this is to lock customers into buying SRAM cassettes exclusively. It’s a slap in the face.

This is a very good idea and long reported by users on this forum. There are many reasons why this should be implemented, and probably all of them have already been covered in at least six posts in this forum. For me, it is needed as a protection against technical problems in multi-day trips and long holidays away from home, away from the bicycle service. It will also allow you to mount the AXS to older models of bicycles or, in my case, simply change the accessories to more modern ones. The argument of the people from Sram about a simple derailleur hanger is quite correct, but it is not the only problem that can be encountered. The boys of the Sram team please step down and give us AXS users this update.

This is not required. If you need per-cog trimming then you likely have a derailleur hanger problem (it's bent).

Can we a more “micro” trimming option that way trimming can be done “per” cog. I love this product but I literally have to trim this on a daily basis.
