Sram AXS Web indicates a new firmware to be available
I'm on 2.17.0 for the Force RD and I have an alert for version 2.7.3?
Your website is showing 2.7.3 as the latest available version.
To me a 2.17.0 is a way higher version compared to a 2.7.3, almost 10 iterations higher.
The App is telling me all is up to date and no new firmware available.
Can you please fix this?

After a successful rollback to 2.7.3 the issue is fixed. It's now the axs.sram.com website that still thinks I'm on 2.17

@ mc@dav.at: Thank you for the update. Clear. What still is an issue is that it appears the total actuation count (I had opened a topic for this previously) doesn't seem to update when a firmware update is marked due. The last change I noticed was when I upgraded to 2.17. Since then it remains at 7180 shifts while I have 11194 in my personal tracking.

I got that feedback from SRAM Support asking them the same question:
"Because firmware version 2.17 was out to the public for some time and then removed from our servers, the AXS web references both the currently available firmware and your current firmware, see the difference, marks this as a flag.
Having firmware 2.17 is perfectly fine and you do not need to update the firmware, but because the AXS web sees a mismatch, it is sending alerts.
For now, please ignore the update messages from the AXS web. We are hoping to have another firmware update in the near future to correct the issues you are seeing, but unfortunately do not have a set date."
