    dan.bakshi@gmail.com and tomasz.cyman@gmail.com I am having the same issue. Says firmware recovery needed to function. Done the update 3 times and still nothing. I cant even do the reset procedure as the RD doesn't respond to button presses. I have contacted SRAM Support and see what happens.
