    Hey,
    my rear derailleur does the same thing. Nothing helps, tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, restarted blue tooth, tried different phones (android and i phone), tried different batteries (all have power). The only thing that has worked for a while is when the battery has been disconnected for a long enough time (more than an hour). That's how it works normally for a while, until the same fooling starts again. When you press the AXS button to wake up the rear derailleur. The yellow LED starts flashing and the same update buzzer. No more contact after that. Frankly speaking, my nerves start to end.

    It would be nice to have a solution to this
