How to get AXS web to auto select bikes
I would like some information on how AXS auto selects a bike. Only some of my rides seem to auto select the bike. When it does it selects the correct bike, but it usually does not select any bike.
34 votesFixed bug associated with how we auto select bikes from Garmin Fit files.

Critical battery notification
At the beginning of today’s ride I received a “AXS battery critical” pop-up on my Garmin. Shortly thereafter my derailleur died. Is there any way to get notified before my battery gets “critical”? Can we set in the app when to get notified (50%, 25%, 10%)? I go on many 5 hour rides and don’t want to have to remember to fully charge my battery before each one. My Shimano Di2 lasts at least 6 months on a charge, so I’m not used to constantly charging my battery.
31 votesTo receive alerts regarding low battery the following steps are required: Have a SRAMid – login to AXS Mobile with SRAMid – enable notifications – create a bike profile – add AXS components to bike profile – log into Log into AXS Web platform with SRAMid and connect to your 3rd party service (Garmin, Wahoo) or upload your .fit files manually.
When using AXS Mobile and a device is detected with a low battery, you will receive an alert in AXS Mobile that will direct you to the AXS Web platform in your device browser with the description of the alert.
A push notification is sent after an activity is uploaded to AXS Web and a low battery state is detected for a component.Note that you will not get an alert until you use the AXS Mobile or AXS Web platforms and the device has updated its status (either…

Low Battery Notification
In addition to a percentage indicator instead of that little icon, it would be great if the AXS app could produce a warning once the battery reaches a certain critical level (say, 10 or 20%).
27 votesIf you pair your drive train with your Garmin headunit, you will receive push notifications to your phone when a low battery is detected

Variable Units Options | Metric for Speed and Distance | PSI for Pressures
I like metric distances and speeds, but value PSI for tire (and shock pressures). It would be valuable to me, to be able to be a little more selective of my units.

Hammerhead K2 Connectivity
First outdoor ride of the season and first outdoor with with my new Red eTap Axs. I just noticed that the K2 does not connect with the axs.sram.com website, making those sweet detailed breakdowns and data visualizations out of reach. Given the acquisition by SRAM, has this option been prioritized in your product roadmap? If not, can I make the suggestion that it does.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,

New ride today wasn’t updated on axs web
Using garmin express after the ride connected with a garmin 530 connected to a pc, axs web didn’t update about the ride. Tried connecting the garmin 530 to a Iphone with a garmin connect app. Also no update. Strava and garmin connect however had the new ride updated.

Re-Sync Garmin Activities and select only specific bikes activities
After the initial sync a specific activity was ignored (not sure why). It would be good to be able to force a re-sync to try and get all the activities uploaded into AXS.
In addition, it would be great to filter to only sync activities which were done on my configured bike (I only have one bike with AXS components).14 votesUnfortunately Garmin does not allow us to re-sync activities at this time.
For selecting specific bike activities the Filter Activities feature is now available, an example of which can be seen in the attached file labeled Activity Feed Filter Tool.

Average power and normalized power is different from activity recorded in Garmin edge 530
The average power and normalized power displayed in SRAM AXS Web is higher as compared to the same activity recorded in Garmin edge 530.
Is it due to different algorithms in calculation?
13 votesOur platform uses the standard Normalized Power formula created by Dr. Coggan, which utilizes the total time (not moving time). Details can be seen here: https://www.trainingpeaks.com/blog/normalized-power-intensity-factor-training-stress/
