Problems to update firmware with android11
Hi, I'm trying to update the firmware on my bike and it won't let me. I have a motorola Defy phone with android 11. My partner with Ios has no problem. Please can you give me a solution. Thanks

Left shifter new battery
All of a sudden my left shifter battery indicator in the axs app displayed as low charge despite showing as full charge days before. I put in a new cr2032 battery but in the app left shifter is greyed out and won't shift.

Hello Sram, I have a fantastic idea! Make it possible to adjust each cog in axs system! Sounds smart, right?
Lots of axs users are battling with this problem.. you know it... this problem's been existing from the very beginnings of launching axs. We need the option in the app to microadjust separately each cog for finetuning... No need to talk more, you know this stuff... Just solve this problem, do not respond with foolish justification... We've read them... ridiculous, very impolite and disrespectful... Just do it, thank you.

Reverb controller firmware update failed causes it to be unusable
The connection with the controller is very unstable. I began to update firmware and it seemed hung for at least 15 minutes. After canceling it now has a flashing orange LED and can no longer be used. It also cannot be found by the app. I have a race this weekend and an unusable dropper. Any help is appreciated

allow the user to set a tone to chime based on shifting into a chosen gear or gears
I'm not always positive if I'm in the lowest gear. If I had the ability to have my phone make different tones while shifting to different gears, I could set my phone to "ding" when in the second to lowest gear, letting me know that I have one more downshift remaining

Rear derailleur
Rival rear derailleur stop working
Have got same problem yesterday everything was working well today rear derailleur stop working. Yellow led is blinking . Removed battery push buttom putted battery start update. Retain drivetrain settings when updating App version
SRAM retains the users drivetrain settings after user upgrades the APP to the latest version. Eg I have always updated the app to the latest version as soon as it comes onto the App Store. But I need to tell the app that my cassette is 10-36 and I want sequential gear change. Why can the app not remember my settings after each new app version?

Specific bike should automatically show per event/ride.
When an event/ride comes into the SRAM App it should match with the bike and list it that way. Why do I have to manually select my bike per event/ride?

AXS app 'wheel profiles' allowing derrailleur indexing settings to be stored against a wheelset
Like many riders, my gravel bike is something of an 'all bikes', serving as both gravel and road bike, differentiated by a change of wheelset and pedals.
Both wheelsets are from the same brand, and both rear wheels use identical XPLR Force cassettes. However, every time I swap them over I need to do some trimming of the derailleur to align it.
Whilst this task is not overly arduous, a simple solution is to allow the user (via the AXS app) to create and store wheel profiles which remembers derraileur positions for any given wheel. Simple analogy would be like…

Wireless Blips and Reverb Seatpost
Enable Blips to controll the Reverb dropper seatpost. When using 2 Blips enable shifting down/up. When press them together controll seatpost dropper.

Garmin Edge 1040 activities don't upload correct
I recently go a new Edge 1040,in stead of an old Edge 830, but now my activities is incomplete - the work fin in Garmin Connect, and Strava, but in the AXS app it says "Activity Not Found" - even though it is shown in the message feed????
